Park Place Center helps employers with their Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). This program offered by some companies assists their employees and household family members manage issues in their personal lives and help employees with problems that may affect their work performance, well-being and personal health.
Matters discussed in these sessions with employees are kept strictly confidential between the therapist and the client.
The Employee Assistance Program is generally short-term counseling and referral to other services that may be needed by the employee or their household family member.
